Job Title: Parliamentary Government Relations Manager
Working For: The Careers and Enterprise Company
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
We are looking for an experienced Parliamentary & Government Relations Manager within our Government Relations team.
The Government & Parliamentary Relations team plays a vital role at heart of the Careers & Enterprise Company and is critical to the strategic development and day to day operations of the organisation. Skills and social mobility remain pivotal to government’s domestic policy agenda, including a much heightened focus in recent years on and the need to improve quality and coverage of careers education for young people across the country.
We are looking for a confident and experienced self-starter to join the Government & Parliamentary Relations team to lead and look after key relationships in Westminster, in particular with Parliamentarians. Your work will support the Head of Government & Parliamentary Relations in the delivery of a coherent and effective political engagement strategy as part of a wider joined-up external affairs approach for the organisation (which ensures the CEC’s mission and work is visible, understood and engaged on).
