The Labour Party is seeking to recruit a Campaign Training and Support Officer (CTSO) to work in the Targeting Systems team in Head Office.

The post holder will work with another Campaign Training and Support Officer to develop and provide training on, and ensure accessibility of, Labour technologies to all Labour campaigners. The post holder will support and train other Party units in the use of technology in campaigns, and will provide strategic and practical support to members in their use of technology.

The successful candidate will have experience of campaigning, experience of using a range of campaign technology tools, knowledge of Labour Party campaigning techniques, and experience of developing and delivering training.

The Labour Party is a voluntary membership organisation and therefore most training for members takes place during evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will have to work flexibly and will be expected to work regularly at the weekend and on weekday evenings, which may involve occasional overnight travel.
