We’re looking for a Network Engagement Co-ordinator to help us increase RSA Scotland impact and activity across the country to work with us 21 hours a week from home mostly with occasional travel. Ideally you will be based in or around Edinburgh. This is a one year contract.

The Network Engagement Co-ordinator works with the Head of RSA Scotland to deliver the RSA’s work in Scotland. Working with Fellows, networks and partners, you will lead on developing a high-quality communications strategy and programme; support the delivery of regular events across the country; and act as the first point of contact for general Fellowship enquiries. Coming at a time when RSA Scotland is making a difference across areas of social change such as basic income, inclusive growth and heritage, you will have a chance to play an integral role in taking our work to the next level.

You’ll show a commitment to the RSA’s mission and ideally be able to demonstrate an interest in the key research areas of the organisation. You will have strong organisational skills, the ability to work flexibly and be willing to support colleagues with strong interpersonal skills, and the confidence and ability to communicate effectively. You’ll be an excellent time manager and multi-tasker with strong experience working in a digital communications team, preferably in a charity or think tank environment.

   Developing a communication strategy to ensure Fellows are connected to the work of the RSA
• Event Management
   Supporting and delivering a range of events across Scotland
• Administration
   Supporting the efficient functioning of the RSA in Scotland
