Lead Engagement Officer

The London Office of Technology and Innovation (LOTI) is a new city-wide function within London Councils which will build common capability and opportunity to collaborate and scale technology, data and skills across London’s public services, improving outcomes for Londoners while promoting a culture of collaboration and innovative thinking.

In this role you will be the engagement, communications and marketing lead for the London Office of Technology and Innovation, helping steer it in what will at times be a rocky new road to become the trailblazing, innovative, and transformative vehicle it is envisioned to be.

Your job will be to develop LOTI’s communications and engagement with a diverse group of stakeholders, forming strong relationships to build the LOTI community. Working with this wide range of stakeholders you will ensure that transparency is at the core of the operations and that LOTI works in the open.

You will be responsible for embedding the standards by which LOTI will operate and attaining LOTI’s goal to be a sharing endeavour among its core members and the wider community across London, from the public to businesses, organisations, and institutions.

As LOTI’s lead on researching and responding to funding opportunities to maximise its impact and deliver its aspirations, you will have experience in successfully identifying.

Programme Manager

For LOTI’s Programme Manager we are looking for an experienced “doer” that will be a key figure in steering LOTI to become a transformative, innovative, and trailblazing vehicle for London’s services.

You will be an inclusive team player with the political sensitivity, commercial awareness, and outstanding interpersonal skills to relate effectively to a broad range of stakeholders, including senior directors, London Councils’ elected members, partners, colleagues and staff.

As the Programme Manager for LOTI you will be responsible for developing and monitoring LOTI’s portfolio of programmes and projects, steering and reassessing where required. Under the lead of the Director, you will be managing the planning, implementation and overview of proposed LOTI programmes and projects, ensuring they successfully meet the needs of LOTIs members, or fail fast and utilise the learning.
