The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Head of Complaints. The individual will be responsible for a modern, efficient and effective complaints procedure and managing staff working on this.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of complaints processes, experience of working with and managing stakeholders at all levels, the ability to work effectively in a highly pressurised environment and experience of the Labour Party at a local and national level.
