We are looking for new members to join our Policy and Campaigns team to help make the case for improvements in primary care and to develop policy solutions to improve general practice in the UK. The successful candidates will contribute to overcoming some of the biggest problem faced by the NHS. They will work closely with highly regarded research, campaigns and media teams to ensure that the voice of general practice is heard at the most senior levels.

We are looking for experienced policy professionals who can work quickly and with confidence to support high profile campaigns in a fast-moving environment. The successful individuals will be responsible for a range of policy areas such as new models of care, regulation of general practice, quality improvement, the use of data in primary care, online consulting, and medical indemnity.

•have particularly impressive skills in written communication, with an eye for detail and an ability to explain complex problems to different audiences.

•be a strong self-starter, a completer-finisher and able to work on your own initiative.
