The National Deaf Children’s Society is the leading charity dedicated to creating a world without barriers for deaf children and young people.

We are looking for a Local Engagement England Officer to join our new Local Engagement Team. You will work closely with deaf children, young people and their families to understand their key issues, identify emerging campaigns at a local level and gather local intelligence. You’ll also help to identify and implement solutions to remove barriers for deaf children and young people. To join our team, you’ll need to be a highly effective campaigner and networker, able to build relationships at a local level with parents and professionals. You will need to have a good working knowledge of local government and health structures.
