Job Details

Politics is broken.

Westminster has become unrepresentative, undemocratic and divided. We have lost faith and trust in politicians and political parties to act in the best interests of our country.

It's time to create a new politics.

We are bringing together the best people to fix the problems our politicians can't solve. United for Change is building a movement to bring fresh faces and new ideas to Westminster.

Help us build a movement.

About the role

We are seeking an indiviudal with demonstrable experience, but the potential to do far more, in the field of Individual Giving. You will become a critical part of our team as we move towards our launch. You'll be joining a new organisation, with a core mission aiming to change the way our country works. With hard work and a never say die attitude, you'll have the opportunity to quickly progress in your career with us.

Primarily you'll be working on our launch, taking responsibility for our mass-market fundraising proposition. First and foremost a digitial fundraiser, we hope you'll have the skills and understanding to quickly get to grips with the challenges of political fundraising - if you have experience of using NationBuilder, even better still. We'd like to think you have some experience of working with others to deliver individual giving campaigns, both online and in print.

One thing you must be is a go getter - you'll be able to work on your own and welcome the opportunity to make key day to day business decisions. You'll welcome working as part of a team across the organisation and will relish the chance to work without day to day management oversight. You will be happy chipping in to other projects and fundraising intiatives that aren't part of your day to day role.

Closing Date: 3 May 2019
