Job Title: Communications and Brand Manager
Working For: A client of I am Enterprises
Salary: circa £50,000
I am recruiting a Communications and Brand Manager to work for a membership organisation based in Central London on a 12-month contract. You will be managing the development of the brand to raise the profile of the organisation and members, developing communication strategies to create a strong approach.
Leading a team of four you will be establishing effective internal communications and management processes to ensure quality and coherent branding across the organisation, embedding branding as a central hub within the Communications team and ensuring an integrated approach to communications across the organisation.
We’re looking or a strong leader who can maintain credibility with colleagues at all levels and has significant experience within communications and branding at a senior level. You will need to have designed and implemented brand, communications, and marketing strategies particularly where that has involved re-branding. You will need to have experience of leading staff through change programs and excellent relationship management skills, being able to influence, negotiate, and deal with conflict.
The successful candidate is likely to have a background within education or membership associations and a strong knowledge of health and social care.
This is a twelve month contract covering maternity leave.
