The Labour Party is looking to recruit five Governance Officers who will be primarily responsible for resolving complaints and conducting disciplinary procedures. The Governance Officer will work with regional colleagues and stakeholders on mediation and informal resolution on complaints. In addition, the Governance Officer will conduct investigations and prepare reports as required for the NEC and NCC.

The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Labour Party at all levels, particularly at branch, constituency and regional level, experience of dealing with legal issues, experience of conducting investigations, complaints or similar case handling, and be able to work as part of a close team but also monitor and progress own workload to the most effective outcome.
