Role
The Head of Speechwriting and Editorial produces all the major speeches for the organisation's senior leadership, across a broad range of policy areas and subjects to many different audiences. The candidate will also have responsibility for internal communications and will play a significant role in improving editorial output across the organisation through workshops, narrative management and the creation of internal guidance documents.

Candidate

• A first-class speechwriter with the ability to manage multiple messages and stakeholders across government and business, and write for a wide variety of audiences
• Proven experience producing speeches for senior leaders in either business or politicsAbility to manage and lead a high performing specialist team
• Excellent understanding and up-to-date knowledge of the UK and global political landscape
• Collaborative, agile and resilient working style
