I am recruiting a Senior Monitoring Officer to work for an international development project based in Central London. You will be responsible for implementing a full monitoring and evaluation program in order to show the impact of the program on stakeholders, embassies, corporate partners, and high commissions.

This will involve designing the data collection delivery including large scale surveys, reporting to different audiences, responding to requests from colleagues and stakeholders, and presenting important findings.

You will be reporting on KPIs and undertaking desk research to ensure the project remains at the front of impact evaluation, identifying learning and opportunities where necessary. This will also involve networking through conferences and workshops and sharing knowledge with other teams.

We’re looking for someone with excellent experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting along with significant experience in statistical software and survey tools. You should be able to project manage and have experience of data visualisation tools.

You will need excellent communication skills including the ability to present to senior level stakeholders. Experience of working in higher education or international development would be highly desirable.

This is a permanent role.
