Job Details

Nudge Factory was founded to provide expert counsel to leading corporations and organisations, as well as entrepreneurs and private clients. We believed there was a distinct gap in the market for an independent firm of highly experienced consultants to offer no-nonsense advice to help clients achieve their objectives.

We are expanding and are looking to recruit an Associate Director (SAM/AD) to our talented team. Our ideal candidate will be an established public affairs consultant, with the confidence to lead clients and with a solid understanding of Westminster and Whitehall.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a broad base of public affairs skills including policy development and analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder mapping and campaigning. The candidate needs to be confident in providing senior level counsel to our clients, and will enjoy getting involved in multiple projects as part of a small and busy team. They will want to make a substantial contribution to the consultancy. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

The candidate will become increasingly responsible for managing the account team members, as well as playing an essential role in supporting the business and client base. The candidate will continue to refine and enhance their public affairs knowledge, taking a sense of ownership and accountability on all client accounts and driving campaigns to successful completion.

The Associate Director will be expected to:

  • Oversee client contact whilst offering strategic client counsel and act as client lead on servicing;
  • Take an active role in the delivery of the strategy for clients;
  • Develop creative plans and fresh ideas to address a client’s strategic and commercial objectives;
  • Provide clients with first hand political intelligence and insight highlighting the implications for the client's business;
  • Offer creative solutions towards delivering the best client service possible;

This role reports directly to the Senior Partner or relevant Managing Partner and sits within the company’s Public Affairs Practice. This is a long-term role with opportunity for progression as the company expands.
