What will you be doing?

This role provides a huge opportunity for personal growth and will involve assisting with every aspect of our communications, from PR to event management, social media management and external stakeholder engagement. You will also be required to perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • Develop your skills by researching global events and big social media moments in the coming year.
  • Improve your communications skills, as well as attain a real-world knowledge on how to work in a rapidly growing not for profit foundation
  • Provide support with online and print design for the CPI brand
  • Creation and production of various communications including newsletters and updates using a variety of channels including video and email.
  • Publication of articles and case studies on our website
  • Assist with the project management and implementation of updates to our website and social media planning
  • Supporting the external relations team in the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of engagement and external communications activities.
  • Provide support with our CRM system, adding and maintaining contacts on the internal database system
  • Proof design materials, communications, web content writing and copy
  • Supporting the Digital Channels Manager on social media posts
  • A genuine interest to work in the exciting world of PR and media with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Event management such as the CPI People’s Panel and Youth Event - supporting these and our future engagements under the guidance of the Head of External Relations.

This is a 3 month full time internship beginning in Autumn 2019
