Would you like to find innovative practice from across the education sector, to help over 120,000 school leaders take decisive action in their schools?

The Key is looking for a creative individual with digital content experience to join us as a content producer for our market-leading support services.

The role

As a content producer you will research and create practical and engaging content of exceptional quality to meet the needs of school leaders, governors and leaders of multi-academy trusts.

To do this, you will draw on expertise, including our membership base, with a focus on finding innovative practice across the education sector. You will experiment with different content formats to find new ways to deliver information.

You will bring imagination, empathy, creativity and commercial sense to everything you do.

This is a full-time appointment.

The person

The ideal candidate will have first-class research and writing skills and experience in sourcing and creating digital content and practical resources across a range of formats. You will be an avid consumer of online content and have a keen interest in digital content trends. You will have a creative spark and a strong commercial awareness to spot opportunities for high-impact content. You will have an interest in the education sector and a strong focus on professional learning.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and experience of editing copy
  • Experience of working with video and different content formats beyond the written word
  • Experience in events production or sourcing contacts quickly
  • The ability to collate and respond to findings, usage trends and user feedback
  • User research experience
  • Data analysis skills
  • Strong editorial judgement and decision-making
  • Good team-working skills and a proactive, positive attitude
