Account Executives are the backbone of our London team. You will work with our three main account managers on a variety of exciting and challenging real estate projects which our larger team of 10 manage.

We deliver communications’ programmes and campaigns for a range of property and planning clients. This is a role for someone who has great attention to detail, and interest in politics and the macro world environment and who considers themselves academic, driven and adaptable.

About the role
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our expanding Strategic Communications team in central London.
The Strategic Communications team supports planning and development clients to work with local communities, politicians and other stakeholders to achieve planning permissions on complex and often controversial projects.
A communications programme or campaign could typically include a mix of the following: Local and national political intelligence and lobbying, Stakeholder profiling and engagement, Community consultation, Campaigning and Media relations advice and management.
Using relationships built in local communities, our team will continue to work with local communities during the implementation of a planning permission, acting as the point of contact between local people and the developer to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage varied workloads and allocate appropriate time for each task
  • Draft and proofread emails, press releases, letters and reports
  • Listen to briefs and confidently carry out necessary research to support client-work
  • Allocate sufficient time for weekly independent learning and produce relevant notes
  • Monitor the media and trade press, updating the team on important stories
  • Research events and new business opportunities with guidance from the team
