As the Fellowship will be over 1500 people strong by 2020 and will continue to grow significantly year on year. We are looking to recruit two exceptional individuals as Fellowship Officers to work with us and build excellent relationships with fellows and coordinate Fellowship activity.

The Fellowship Officers will be responsible for working with the Head of Fellowship to further establish, maintain and enable a high achieving, active movement of fellows. The successful candidate will have the energy and commitment to continue to build on the momentum of the Fellowship. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, energetic team whose work has a direct impact on a growing movement of professionals working to transform the lives of vulnerable children and families. The Frontline Fellowship launched in October 2016 and since then we have worked hard to build a strong and active community with fellows directing, organising and leading the movement. We have achieved much in this time, and the momentum within the Fellowship has steadily increased, and we now need to capitalise on this success and maximise impact.

This role, offers a high level of autonomy, creativity and relationship management. There is a culture of trust within the team and organisation and the role requires someone who can work independently (with support), is well organised, pro-active and uses their initiative to do what works. The officer will need demonstrable experience in working effectively within a diverse community and have a confident and adaptable communication style.
