Development Intelligence is a specialist political strategy and communications consultancy that help our clients successfully navigate the politics of the planning process – at neighbourhood, local, regional, devolved or national government level.

Planning is always political. Every significant development project needs a political strategy. We provide our clients with the intelligence, strategy and campaign support to win.

Job Purpose

You’ll support the planning and execution of campaign strategies and community consultation programmes for major development projects, involving political research, stakeholder engagement, media monitoring and management, events organisation and social media campaigning.

Person Specification

For the Account Manager position you would ideally have two years’ previous experience in a communications or campaigning role, whether that’s on a political campaign, at an NGO or trade union, or in a consultancy.

For the Account Executive position, while any campaigns or public affairs experience (whether paid or voluntary) will be a plus, it is essential that you are politically aware.

Both positions require someone who is confident and articulate, both in person and in writing, is highly organised and can work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
