CVAA is a UK-wide collective of voluntary adoption agencies that aims to increase excellence in the adoption system. 

This is a vital post at the heart of the adoption sector. The Practice Development Manager will take pride in an excellent and continuously improving service for all our members. You will organise and deliver practice-sharing events across the UK, working with our members as well as leading academics and policy professionals. You will help develop the skills and expertise of the VAA sector while also increasing the visibility of CVAA as a cross-sector leadership organisation. You will work at the heart of our busy London-based team, maintaining the excellence that the Programme has achieved thus far whilst always seeking new opportunities for growth.
