NHS Clinical Commissioners (NHSCC), the independent membership body of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), is looking for an experienced, and proactive health policy professional to take on the role of Senior Policy and Delivery Manager. This role is accountable for the design and delivery of high-profile policy content, deputises for the senior management team, offers skilled programme management, and advises members, colleagues and stakeholders on effective policy strategies.

The role:

The Senior Policy and Delivery Manager will play a vital role within NHSCC in relation to the delivery of its policy and influencing work programme in a number of key areas, developing content and managing some high-profile projects.

This fixed term role or secondment will take a lead in supporting NHSCC to deliver its portfolio of work primary care commissioning, streamlined commissioning arrangements within ICSs, evidence based interventions and supporting CCG leaders

Your previous senior manager level experience will stand you in good stead, enabling you to lead the design and delivery of projects and manage the work of members of the team. You will also need experience of influencing policy and delivering programmes of work with a variety of outputs.
