IQPC UK is a hugely successful business within the global IQPC group, running business events for a variety of industries throughout Europe. We are looking a new Conference Producer to join the team with a focus on our highly successful Commercial portfolio, covering a range of B2B industries.

You will specialise in researching and developing forward-thinking content for our commercial events and be responsible for the onsite delivery of each event with exceptional customer experience - enabling senior business leaders to drive innovation with their peers and our sponsor partners.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and sourcing leading industry professionals to be speakers at our events
• Researching and developing a clear understanding of the Commercial portfolio and it's respective vendor markets
• Carrying out in-depth telephone research with senior industry professionals to identify cutting edge conference topics
• Creating engaging conference programmes that encompass the event’s value proposition whilst driving profit for the business
• Direction of the Sponsorship, Delegates Sales and Marketing strategies
• Directly managing the financials of the event, and using the P&L to direct decisions
• Developing the events’ social media presence in partnership with the marketing team
• Motivating and leading the event team towards delivering and exceeding event targets
• Travelling internationally to the events you produce
