Job Details
As an International Policy Adviser, you'll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of the policy landscape and your ability to identify and analyse nursing and health policy developments from the UK, European and International spheres to develop and produce effective policy solutions and influencing strategies.
It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from scoping, planning and delivering projects using project management methods and tools to developing professional relationships with external stakeholders and collaborating with policy colleagues from across the UK countries and wider RCN functions.
To join us you'll need to be able to analyse the external policy and political landscape for specific issues and levers for change, as well as the ability to produce detailed and consistently high-quality and credible policy and data analysis.
Ideally, you'll have a background in a relevant area such as working in a delivering role providing analysis and developing policy positions, recommendations and/or experience in negotiating and delivering complex and collegiate partnership work with external agencies and organisations.
