We are looking for a Policy and Projects Officer to join the Vice-Chancellor’s Office at the University of Roehampton.

The Policy and Projects Coordinator will offer strategic and project support to the Provost and Vice-Provosts across the Vice-Chancellor’s Office. Working at the heart of the University the post holder will support and implement programmes, projects and campaigns, undertaking research and other key tasks in support of the University’s Strategic Plan 2019-2022 and the wider activities undertaken in the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and knowledgeable individual who can contribute to all areas of policy, strategy and project work. An eye for detail and excellent written communications skills are essential, as is an ability to understand and analyse quantitative data. You will work alongside senior staff and be responsible for horizon scanning to support and brief staff on issues affecting the University, supporting the completion of annual reports, monitoring of action plans and measuring progress against targets.

This is a diverse and challenging role that will provide project management, policy development and communications experience to enable the role holder to progress in the higher education sector and beyond.
