• To lead and line manage a team to deliver public policy analysis and development
• To look at the current strategy, suggest changes and implement activities.
• To develop relationships with key decision makers

The candidate:

• Experienced in developing policy, through research and innovation and of analysing public policy.
• Successful line management experience of leading and developing high performing policy teams.
• Experience of managing complex projects and awareness of the associated risks
