We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a permanent post for four days a week. The main responsibilities include:
• Financial management
• Running the office
• Leading on all HR duties
• Administrative and secretarial duties

This is a great opportunity if you have strong organising and financial skills, excellent time management and an interest in a better approach to global security. You must also be committed to working in a small organisation with a flat structure.

The Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) works to end the international arms trade and promote peace, justice and democratic values. The arms industry is a deadly, corrupt business that has a devastating impact on human rights and global security, and damages economic development.
