Job Title: Administration and Finance Manager
Working For: Hope For The Future
Salary: £21,000 per annum
Having grown from a small project into an established and fast-growing national charity, we are looking for someone to help take Hope for the Future’s work to the next level. As a climate change charity, a keen interest in the fight to combat climate change is essential.
As Administration and Finance Manager you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the charity’s operations. From financial management through to volunteer management, you’ll be central to Hope for the Future’s operations, and will be expected to share our charity’s vision and uphold its values.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the maintenance of efficient and effective filing and retrieval systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Check, record and acknowledge donations to HFTF.
- Production of budgets/ financial projections, record core and project spending and assist with the production of necessary reports for trustees, funders and the Charity Commission.
- HR and governance policies and procedures e.g. drawing up and agreeing contracts, checking induction processes, implementing health and safety, working on pay-roll, drawing up and implementing sick leave arrangements.
