Role:

In this role you will:

  • Provide the main point of contact for partnerships across the organisation and key external stakeholders
  • Maintain and be responsible for the current portfolio of corporate partnerships, with a focus on realising pledged income and retention
  • Facilitate the delivery of an ambitious partnership strategy, with a focus on increasing partnership income to fund a specific group of scholars for the 2020/21 academic year
  • Support all activities relating to the partnerships pipeline, managing relationships and horizon-scanning to identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and cultivate new ones
  • Work with the international team to support the global network of officers to increase local partnerships; providing information and advice, overseeing partner approvals process, providing training sessions and webinars
  • Refresh digital marketing materials and the partnerships toolkit in conjunction with the communications and international teams and develop relevant content for a new website.

Candidate:

  • Experience of working with external stakeholders to develop and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrable track record of working effectively across an organisation or functional teams to deliver results or achieve targets
  • Self-starter, flexible and adaptable with a willingness to engage in a wide range of activities
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills, track record of building networks, being able to relate to diverse stakeholders, including those at a senior level
  • Excellent organisational skills, including prioritising workload and managing competing demands.
