The Position:

As a member of the Senior Management Team you will provide strategic leadership across Policy and Campaigns activities that build the profile of our large high-profile Charity client. You will be a passionate external representative with the media, governments, and other senior stakeholders. You will line manage a talented team of 6 reporting to the Director of department.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience and knowledge within the Children’s or Youth sector
• Significant experience developing strategies within a complex organisation.
• Extensive experience building and leading high performing teams in a complex influencing environment.
• Experience of campaigns strategy, deploying and developing effective lobbying act compliant campaigns.
