We are looking to recruit a full-time Policy Coordinator to join our dedicated staff team and work on our influential national LGBTI policy work. This will include developing our policy positions on key equality areas, and working with the Scottish Parliament, other policy makers and the media, to promote these. Key policy areas for us currently include reform of gender recognition law, reducing social prejudice against LGBTI people, reducing hate crime, improving public services, and developing equality policy for intersex people.

This post is currently funded to June 2020, but we intend to continue it after that subject to renewal of funding.
