We are seeking an Assistant Travel Risk Manager to work at our client’s prestigious offices near London Bridge.

The role is to support the Travel Risk Manager and the Security Operations Centre.

  • Monitor and respond to travel security requests
  • Provide administrative support to the Travel Risk Manager in reviewing travel itineraries, ensuring travel risk procedures are followed and obtaining final authorisation for travel to proceed
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of security advice and security risk assessments
  • Maintain and update travel security reports, SOP and guidelines
  • Provide support to the continuous improvement of the Travel Security Programme
  • Maintain, update and archive travel records for the provision of reports for auditing and investigations purposes
  • Liaison with external stakeholders and other internal business areas
  • Maintain and update internal communications platform
  • Cover the Travel Risk Manager during periods of absence and holidays

Additional support to the Security Operations Centre

  • Support to the SOC in monitoring significant global and UK incidents and events via open, internal and external sources
  • Draft and disseminate communications, such as security incident alerts, to the wider Security Network and other key stakeholders
  • Support to the SOC in the escalation of security incidents
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of security reports, and security risk assessments
  • Contribute to ad-hoc travel security projects and duties as required
