Sarah Champion MP is seeking an administrator for her Rotherham Constituency Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that very high standards of service are provided to the MP including managing her diary and the smooth day-to-day running of the offices in both Rotherham and London. This is a fast paced role and Sarah is looking for an exceptional individual with the need for high attention to detail and a professional approach to all aspects of the work to take on a demanding yet rewarding role. Most of the work will be done remotely with Sarah due to the nature of her role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, strong communication skills, be able to prioritise work, have the ability to multi-task, deal with media requests and show willingness and flexibility with working hours. The role requires the candidate to manage all aspects of the financial budget for the MP on a weekly basis in line with IPSA guidelines and processes. A good understanding of how to claim expenses, pay Invoices and reconcile Credit Card Statements as well as dealing with Staffing Budgets is essential. The role also requires recruitment to be undertaken on an ad hoc basis.
