I am recruiting a Partnership Development Officer to work for a benevolent fund based in the Midlands. You will be responsible for building relationships with partnership organisations and using these to access suitable current and potential service users.

You will identify and interact with key contacts at potential and existing partner organisations and use these relationships to identify and engage members and service users via training, events, networking and wellbeing opportunities.

You will be delivering presentations and managing the recruitment, communication, and engagement areas of programs delivering on key objectives and reporting and evaluation impact and progress.

We’re looking for a confident communicator who can present in a variety of ways to service users, stakeholders, and potential business partners. You should have excellent organisational skills and have a strong working knowledge of CRM systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience within a stakeholder engagement, business development, or member engagement role is essential as is the ability to build strong relationships and identify prospects. Knowledge of wellbeing issues and experience working within the not for profit, charity, or membership sectors would be advantageous
