Job Details
Cancer ignores party lines.
Our Campaigns Ambassadors play a critical role in our mission to beat cancer. They save lives by persuading politicians to support cancer research, prevention, early diagnosis and access to treatments.
As a Campaigns Ambassador, you’ll represent your local constituency and join a team which has made significant changes to the nation’s health.
Our successes have included:
- Securing the introduction of plain tobacco packing
- Bringing in laws to protect young people from sunbeds.
- Ending smoking in enclosed public places.
This is a flexible, home-based volunteering role, which can fit around your current commitments.
Join our campaigns ambassador programme and create the political will that saves lives.
‘Ambassadors are vital in providing fact-based evidence to MPs, and I am immensely proud to be part of that process.’ David, Campaigns Ambassador for Heywood and Middleton
