I am recruiting a Communications and Marketing Manager to work for a small membership association based in Central London continuing the profile raising of the organisation through web, events, campaigns, and PR.

You’ll be line managing a small team of communications and events staff and account managing various external stakeholders and partners. Managing the communications-based income streams and membership initiatives you’ll also take responsibility for the organisation’s brand.

We’re looking for a strong communicator with great experience of dealing with the media. You should have experience managing a wide range of communications functions particularly within the membership or industrial sectors and be able to lead teams and stakeholders towards achieving goals and KPIs.

Experience of managing membership CRMs is essential particularly a thorough understanding of the interaction between database and web specifically Microsoft Dynamics.

You should be a strategic thinker and be used to taking on and managing projects, particularly working in a flexible and proactive way.

This is a permanent role.
