Monmouth Conservative Association is looking for a campaign volunteer to help with all aspects of our local campaign, both on the streets and behind the scenes. The run up to a General Election is an exciting time and this is an exciting role for someone wanting to gain an insight in to the running of a campaign.

As well as being fast paced and fun this is an ideal opportunity to enhance a CV with voluntary and political experience.

Based in out constituency office in Usk Monmouthshire volunteers will report to the Campaign Manager and will gain valuable experience from the campaign team. This role will give the opportunity for volunteers to gain hands on political campaigning experience.

Opportunities include, but not limited to:

1. Data entry, analysis and management
2. Canvassing, data collection, using multiple methods
3. Voter engagement
4. Becoming a volunteer leader
5. Monitoring local news outlets and social media
6. Direct engagement with our elected representatives

Full training provided.

As this is a voluntary position, there are no set hours or responsibilities. Although all applicants will be expected to support the ethos of the Conservative Party.
