About The Role

Following the successful third year of national The Great Get Together (GGT) initiative of The Jo Cox Foundation (JCF) - where 720,000 were mobilised to take part - we’re looking for a visionary, go-getting campaign director with proven effective project delivery experience to oversee the planning and delivery of The Great Get Together 2020 and beyond.

This is an exciting role working as part of a small but influential charity building a legacy for the late MP, Jo Cox. Reporting to the CEO of the JCF, you will have strong project planning, delegation and team-management skills, and will be able to work within a small, passionate team, at times under pressure.

About you:

• 5+ years relevant experience in project or campaign management
• You’ve led national, multi-channel campaigns that have mobilised tens of thousands of people and generated high levels of public awareness
• Used to building, leading and inspiring cross-functional teams
• You’re flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in high paced environment
• Ability to establish and manage project planning tools for effective timetable/deliverables management
• Experience working collaboratively with a range of partners and proven experience of shaping partnership opportunities to maximise campaign success
• Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies to inspire and mobilise individuals
• Experience in writing successful grant applications and/or funding proposals
• Passionate about communities and bringing people together
• An understanding of and commitment to the ethos behind The Jo Cox Foundation and The Great Get Together Campaign, and a belief in Jo’s ‘more in common’ values
