Throughout the programme you’ll receive training and mentoring from senior colleagues, and you’ll also have the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.

We’ve designed the programme to give you the opportunity to steer it in the direction you want your career to go. We operate across four business areas. You might choose to pursue your individual passion for one particular area, or you may choose to spend more time exploring our different business areas. It’s up to you.

  • Analytical mind and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
