Job Title: Policy Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Policy Analyst to join the Work Foundation as we expand our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated professional to join our Policy Team and help deliver our mission to progress Good Work. You will have experience of quantitative or qualitative research as well as strong communication and presentation skills, and will be looking to apply these in a policy and research context. You’ll have an interest in the labour market, and will share our aims of advancing good work through driving changes in policy and practice.
You will be able to work as part of a team and to support delivery of a number of projects in order to meet deadlines.
The Work Foundation is part of Lancaster University and works closely with wider university colleagues to undertake high-quality analysis of the challenges in the labour market. We have championed good practice at work for almost 100 years. Building on a strong heritage and expertise, we develop actionable solutions and practical tools to change policy and business practices for the better. We use our extensive networks to share ideas and learning with leading experts, thinkers and practitioners who have first-hand experience of what works.
