About the roles

Communications Planning & Strategy Manager

This is a crucial new role in Crisis’ growing Marketing and Communications team, leading a new, integrated approach to communications planning across the organisation that puts audiences at its heart. In order to build large-scale public support for ending homelessness, we need our communications to have the biggest possible impact, and it’ll be your job to make that happen.

Multimedia Content Producer

We’re looking for a talented Multimedia Content Producer to create compelling video and audio content for our website, social media and external channels which will inspire audiences to help end homelessness.

Senior Marketing & Digital Engagement Manager

Crisis’ ambitious Marketing and Communications team is growing, so that we can build large-scale public support for our goal of ending homeless for good. This exciting new role will help to lead a step-change in our marketing activity, bringing together our existing marketing and digital functions with newly created digital marketing and supporter engagement teams.

Senior Social Media Officer

You’ll be responsible for our social media presence, managing our main channels and providing direction and support for regional, retail and team accounts. You’ll be part of our newly-formed digital marketing team, developing a social media strategy that brings our work to life, has great storytelling at its heart, and inspires audiences to be part of ending homelessness once and for all.
