I am recruiting a Digital Communications Officer to work for a health organisation based in Central London supporting the communications team to implement the digital strategy. This will include creating user focused accessible search engine friendly web content which runs to schedule and coordinates activity across stakeholders, members, and internal staff.

You will be responsible for liaising with external web agencies and supporting digital campaigns tracking engagement and suggesting improvements where necessary. You will create and edit web content in line with agreed priorities and ensure web pages and function is fully supported ensuring issues are resolved quickly.

You will also be responsible for creating content for marketing campaigns and ensuring SEO, social media, and tools are up to date and support these monitoring engagement and effectiveness.

We’re looking for a digital communications professional with an in-depth knowledge of web and social media tools. You should be a strong content creator with experience working with CRMs (particularly Microsoft Dynamics)

Experience of working for a membership or health organisation will be highly beneficial as will experience managing external supplier and stakeholder relationships.

This is a permanent role.
