MARACs are regular meetings where information is shared by a variety of key organisations both statutory and non-statutory on the highest risk domestic abuse cases in order to create safety/ action plans that help reduce and manage risk to victim/ survivors.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with the passion to make a difference, you will need proficient I.T. skills particularly in Word, Excel and case recording data base systems.

We aim to help communities, services and agencies to work in partnership, so that people receive the best support at the time they need it. We do this through an approach that we pioneered, called the Coordinated Community Response.
Harmful practices are still an under reported abuse, and this post has been created to help focus the work within the Tri-borough. This role is to map the variety of community groups and statutory services working around ‘Harmful Practices. To develop and support data collection and analysis of the ‘Harmful Practice’ work, and to aid the day to day practice of the Harmful Practice Operational Group. Also, to train local community groups to improve their response to Harmful Practice, producing and promoting dissemination of the impact of a Coordinated Community Response (CCR) work related to ‘Harmful Practices’ in the 3 boroughs.

We welcome and encourage applications from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates.
