I am recruiting a Head of Communications for a membership association based in Central London. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the membership communications strategy as a strong inspirational and effective leader using your vision to influence and motivate stakeholders.

You’ll be leading the communications team to deliver your strategic plans, engaging stakeholders and assuring brand messages are aligned embracing digital and technological trends.

You will contribute to the shaping of the membership experience, providing leadership for implementing the communications strategy and maintaining oversight and control over budgets, processes, registers, and data protection.

We’re looking for a communications professional with significant experience in creating and developing communications strategies and functions. You should have strong leadership skills particularly when it comes to change, and be experienced delivering media, website, social media, and communications channels.

We’re looking for someone with excellent content creation, brand development, and reputation building skills who can work as a gatekeeper for communications and problem solve where necessary.

Experience within the not for profit sector or the ability to demonstrate a strong knowledge in this area is essential. Experience working for a membership or trade association would be highly beneficial.

This is a twelve month contract.
