Young Women's Trust is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Press and Communications Manager to help us achieve economic justice for young women.

Your excellent news judgement, strong media contacts and political antennae with be invaluable as we seek to raise our profile and influence, so that we can secure freedom for young women to choose work that fosters their talents and pays fair wages in equal and respectful workplaces.

This is a key role for the charity, where you will help convert our compelling message into a bold brand, strong media profile and successful campaigns. As our Press and Communications Manager you will help us to build a movement for change, ensuring the voices of young women who don’t have a job or are in low paid, insecure work are heard loud and clear.

If you share our commitment to transforming opportunities for young women and have proven experience (ideally working in or closely with the not for profit sector) of working with the media to change hearts and minds on equality or social justice issues then we would love you to apply.
