School 21 is a pioneering 4 to 18 school in East London with a mission to develop the whole child - head, heart and hand. The school is part of the Big Education Trust and works closely with a network of schools to deepen the impact of this expansive vision for education. School 21 has a range of exciting partnerships to enrich the curriculum and provide rich experiences for students. One of the key areas is our Real World Learning Programme which currently involves students in Years 10, 12 and 13 spending time each week in organisations working on projects co-designed between student and employer. Your role will be to support the Real World Learning Manager by both overseeing the quality and development of this programme, as well as working with partners to ensure there is a pipeline of organisations keen to work with students. You will also find, curate, and develop partnerships to enhance the curriculum, working with subjects to support the quality of provision. Your role will also be to develop further a 4 to 18 careers programme that enhances the aspirations of students from all backgrounds.
