About the role

Crisis’ ambitious Marketing and Communications team is growing, so that we can build large-scale public support for our goal of ending homeless for good. This exciting new role is part of a newly formed digital marketing team, which will manage our digital communications channels including social media, web content and email, to build awareness and understanding of Crisis and drive key audiences to action.

Supporter Engagement Manager
£44,832 per year

About the role
Our ambitious Marketing and Communications team is growing, so that we can build large-scale public support for our goal of ending homeless for good. This exciting new role will build and lead a new supporter engagement function, developing a cross-organisational approach which inspires supporters to get involved in all aspects of our work including fundraising, campaigning and volunteering. You’ll work with all supporter-facing teams to share learning, insight and best practice so that all supporters have consistently exceptional experiences of Crisis.
