We are looking for a passionate Campaigns Officer to support the Campaigns Manager with the strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of all campaigns for Guide Dogs. Integral to the success of our campaigns is ensuring we continue to reflect the issues that matter to people with sight loss, and that we involve them in our work in ways that are appropiate to them – that is the key purpose of this role.

In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the Job Description below. Requirements include;

• Ability to communicate persuasively to a wide range of audiences in both written and verbal formats
• Experience of running successful campaigns, communications or political lobbying
• Detailed knowledge of the political framework and environment in the UK
• Relevant degree or equivalent
