Job Details

Network Rail exists to get people and goods where they need to be and to support economic growth. The railway connects homes with schools and workplaces, businesses with markets. It is also part of the social fabric of our nation, connecting people with friends, family and loved ones.

We have two exciting opportunities available:
Executive Correspondence Manager (Ref: IRC2167141)
We are looking for a hardworking person, who is passionate about customer service, to manage the flow of communications in and out of the Chief Executive and Chair’s office.
This person will work closely with the executive support teams and our colleagues across the UK to find the answers to questions, and to agree an appropriate way to respond to MPs and members of the public. If you take up this opportunity, it will be down to you to make sure that correspondence is accurate and demonstrates that we are Putting Passengers First. You will lead on style, tone and content for the executive office so that correspondence can go through the approvals chain smoothly.
We’d like our new team member to be a dab hand at managing a varied caseload and be someone who enjoys writing – particularly letters and emails, to external audiences. We’d also like you to be used to working to tight deadlines and feel comfortable having challenging conversations and operating at all seniority levels.
This role reports to the Senior Executive Correspondence Manager and works side by side with the

Executive Office.
