Higher Education and Research Practice
Perrett Laver is a global leader in the higher education and research sectors. We support higher education institutions internationally to find academic leaders with the potential to change the world and shape our future. Over the years we have placed hundreds of senior academic leaders and leading professors around the globe. 

Research Associate
By combining the intellectual and analytical skills necessary to grasp a complex brief and the research skills to identify world-leading candidates for leadership roles, the Research Associate is fundamental to our business. Flexible, rigorous and attracted to complexity, you will have the advocacy skills to engage senior academic leaders and world-leading professors.
You will be a self-starter capable of efficiently working to tight deadlines while delivering consistently excellent results. Throughout your time at Perrett Laver you will be part of a strong, global network of colleagues who inspire and encourage as you develop in the role while making a real difference to our client institutions.

• Bachelor's degree;
• interest in the Higher Education sector;
• excellent verbal and written communication;
• analytical skills and attention to detail;
• tenacious, committed with strong personal values.

Desirable
• Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Life or Physical Sciences and Data Science;
• previous work experience;
• fluency in another language.
