Three posts are being recruited:

Campaign Director - full-time - leading the team and taking overall responsibility for developing the Local Party's capacity building and campaigning. Experience of leading campaigns, managing a team and strong organisational skills are essential to this role.

Volunteer & Engagement Coordinator - part-time - supporting the recruitment and training of members and activists, events coordination and fund-raising.

Campaign Organiser - part-time - supporting campaign activity and capacity building.

All three posts will be based at our Oxfordshire HQ in Abingdon and will require some evening and weekend working.

There is a lot of flexibility around working arrangements and we are keen to recruit a diverse team.
