We are looking for a consultant to join our successful and growing team. The applicant should enjoy working on multiple different client teams and projects that involve presenting research, compiling political analysis, media work and event organisation. The ideal candidate would have experience managing multiple accounts and leading campaigns for clients, with a strong track record of engaging stakeholders in Westminster, Whitehall and beyond and advising clients on policy, political and regulatory issues.

Job Description:

• Handling the day-to-day running of accounts and campaigns
• Managing and training colleagues on running of account
• Mentoring junior team members
• Overseeing clients’ stakeholder and policy engagement work acting as the key point of contact
• Drafting press releases and selling in stories to the media on specific campaigns
• Writing political analysis and strategic guidance of specific issues
• Acting as quality control for written materials (briefing documents, consultation responses, position papers, etc)
• Coming up with creative ideas for how to improve services to our clients and also attract new business

The candidate must have:

• 2-3 years’ experience in public affairs and or a relevant field
• Experience of and an aptitude for managing junior team members
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of devising and executing integrated campaigns
